North Folk Winery is a Rustic Private Event Venue in MN

North Folk Winery is an ideal choice for rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, birthday parties, wedding showers, class reunions, and other celebrations. The beautiful perennial flower gardens, vineyard, and timber frame tasting room (Vinsted) make a nostalgic and memorable backdrop for any special occasion.  

A 40 x 40 tent and a 20 x 20 tent are set up for use from June through October and can accommodate up to 100 guests.  Side walls are also available upon request. Tent heaters are an additional charge. Our rustic Minnesota venue also includes decorative interior lighting.

Private events taking place inside the Vinsted can be scheduled when the winery is not open to the public.  Set up is allowed before the winey is closed however.

Larger events (more than 45 people) taking place outside can be scheduled based on availability.

Private Events (Inside) 45 people or less

  • $75/hour for a minimum of 2 hours

  • $5 per person charge for catered events

Private Events (Outside with Use of Tent)

  • $450 for 4 hours for 40 x 40 tent (groups larger than 40 people)

  • $400 for 4 hours for 20 x 20 tent (40 people or less). This includes the Groom’s Pizza Buffet Dinner Package.

  • $5 per person charge for catered events

Private Events (Outside with Use of Tent) with Pizza Buffet

  • $450 for 4 hours + $15/guest under 40 x 40 tent (more than 40 people)

  • $400 for 4 hours + $15/guest under 20 x 20 tent (40 people or less)

We love live entertainment, but music must be discussed and approved prior to making reservations. Guests must leave by 10:00 PM.

We offer a Pizza Buffet (brick oven pizza prepared and served by North Folk Winery) for $15/guest. You’ll have a choice of 5 pizzas served buffet style with salad and choice of 2 dressings.  Read more about our pizzas.

Food for your private event at North Folk Winery must be served by a licensed caterer. Here are some suggested local caterers we enjoy working with:

Wine + Beer

Wine and beer must be purchased from North Folk Winery (we don’t allow any outside alcohol or hard liquor). Wine may be purchased before the event or purchased by guests from the wine list. Beer can be purchased by the can/bottle ($4/can/bottle/glass).
